There are a lot of tools out there that aim to make small business easier for entrepreneurs. However, not all of them will work for your business.

This is why we compiled a list of six tools that we believe every small business should take advantage of to grow and be more successful. We couldn't help putting ourselves on the list as well even though to be honest we are really for small business who take appointments and want to automate some of their daily tasks to make their life easier. 😉

Six tools to help your small business grow and be more successful:

  1. Google Workspace: It should be no surprise that Google is at the top of this list. This service includes Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar and loads more. This suite provides the tools needed to help organize your work in a digital format. But the main reason you should be paying for this service is for the custom business email.
  1. YouTube: Why Youtube? It is an excellent source for how-to videos which can be helpful when you need guidance on how to do something specific like.. well anything. YouTube also provides educational videos from various universities so you can learn about new topics or brush up on old ones.
  2. Bunya: Bunya lets you accept bookings, collect deposits, send invoices, track expenses, and more. It all works seamlessly together to save you time and money.
  3. Trello: This is a great tool for organising your projects, tasks, contacts, and ideas into boards that are easy to understand.
  4. Typeform: A data collection tool that helps with survey creation and analysis.
  5. Canva: Is a free photo editor and design tool that help you design everything you need for your small business including a flyer, logo, social media post, event banner, and more.
