We have some tips for staying healthy as a sole trader, including scheduling, sleep, diet and exercise.

If you want to be successful and healthy, you need to keep your stress levels down and maintain a good diet.


1. Create a routine: Develop a routine around your day or week, and make sure to allocate time off into your routine. Try to keep as much as possible to your schedule and tweak it when you find yourself missing out on certain tasks.

2. Break time: Schedule your workday with breaks, time that you can go for a walk or just relax with a cup of coffee.

4. Exercise regularly: Protect your physical health by exercising regularly.

5. Eat well: Maintain a healthy diet by eating well and regularly stocking up on healthy food items at home or work so that you don't overeat while working late at night or on weekends when there is less time to cook/shop for food.

5. Sleep well: Make sure to get enough sleep each night, but not too much - it's important to have a balance to stay productive during the day.
